It was so much fun creating this Circus Themed Dessert Buffet and Cake for Olivia's 5th Birthday at the Melbourne Zoo.

The Circus Tent Cake is a chocolate cake with a chocolate frosting. Other goodies on the table are bubblegum macaroons, mini chocolate animal cupcakes, animal cookies, jelly shots, popcorn, gumballs,snakes, jelly beans, mixed lollies and red & blue lemonade.

This cake is for a 18th birthday. It was for 25 cupcakes and the Wiggles Big Red Car. The Car was a chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache. The cupcakes were vanilla cupcakes with a buttercream frosting.
