It's a caramel mudcake with a caramel ganache filling and everything is edible. I absolutely loved doing this cake and it is now my favourite cake I've done so far.

Ali & Pete's Autumn Wedding

Gorgeous location and gorgeous weather at Merrick's General Store in Merrick for an autumn wedding on the 21st April 2012. 50 chocolate cupcakes and 50 lemon drizzle cupcakes in cupcake skirts. The top cake is chocolate cake with a dark chocolate and milk chocolate ganache.
